Aboriginie
From Conservapedia
The Aboriginies, or more correctly termed "Indigenous Australians" lived in Australia as far as 50 000 years ago. New genetic evidence suggests that multiple waves of people migrated into Australia over tens of thousands of years before European colonization. [1] They were not completely isolated, there was migration back and forth over the islands, allowing small levels of exchange with Melanesia. In general, complete ethnic isolation of any group for thousands of years is a fallacy.[2]
When the Europeans colonized Australia, the indigenous people and culture declined drastically. They currently have high levels of smoking as Europeans introduced tobacco to their culture. [3]
