Abrogate

Abrogate (ˈabrəɡeɪt) is an English word from the Latin abrogātus[1] which according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary means, "to end or cancel (something) in a formal and official way" or "to fail to do what is required by (something, such as a responsibility)." [2]
