Al Khattab

Emir Al Khattab was a Saudi Arabian-born terrorist leader. In 1995, he led a force of jihadists to fight against Russian forces in Chechnya. He had close links to Al Qaeda[1] and was responsible for many atrocities in Russia, including vicious torture and ethnic cleansing of Russian Christians. He was killed by Russian forces in 2002.
