Uses of Analytical Chemistry

It is important these days, to know if there is asbestos in insulation, or lead in paint. The Analytic Chemist helps the government worker; "How many phosphate ions pollute the river?" He helps the archaeologist; "Is there tin in this old farming tool?" The analytic chemist has a job which helps many people.
