Anode
From Conservapedia
An anode is the positive electrode in an battery. As electrons flow through a closed electric circuit from the cathode to the anode, it experiences a buildup of negative charge. When this cancels out the anode's original positive charge, the battery has been exhausted and is no longer usable[1].
Anode can also refer to the positive terminal of any voltage difference[2].
