Antiterrorism

Antiterrorism is a term used to describe any armed effort to limit, oppose, or eradicate terrorist forces.
Antiterrorism tactics include ways of detecting terrorist acts before they are committed, identifying terrorist personnel from regular civilians, and displaying a show of force to discourage terrorist activities.
An example of an antiterrorist policy is Israel permitting its citizens to carry weapons. This has helped to cut down on terrorist attacks there.[1]
