Arthur Steven Lange, Jr., born October 11, 1967 (age 56), in Union, New Jersey is an actor and stand-up comedian. He is perhaps best known for replacing Jackie Martling on The Howard Stern Show. He was also a member of the cast for MADtv when the series debuted in 1995, around that time he was heavily involved in cocaine. Lange was born and raised in Union Township, Union County, New Jersey. In high school he played basketball and after graduation he was arrested for attempting to rob a bank. Late into his career, the bank brought another case against him for the robbery but the statue of limitations was found to have run its course. The ordeal brought back harrowing memories of prison rape and fans of Lang have said that his comedy has never been the same. Politically Lang leans to the left. He voted for John Kerry in 2004 and Barack Obama in the 2008 Democratic Primary.
