Backwoods Home Magazine is a monthly magazine published in Oregon. The theme of the magazine is "practical ideas for self-reliant living." In that regard it is similar to the old Mother Earth News magazine, but with a significant difference: Backwoods Home Magazine has a conservative editorial viewpoint.
