"Try That in a Small Town" Jason Aldean Ald Aldean's criticism of left-wing violence, criminality and anti-American behavior; while the lyrics are somewhat NSFW and its accompanying video contains news footage of violent scenes (as well as a burning of the American flag by leftist "protestors") contrasted against clips showing life in small-town America and its traditional values (including people willing to help out their neighbors in need), they get the point of the song across as Aldean, who stands in front of a courthouse during the video, voices the frustration many Americans are feeling over the lawlessness of the Joe Biden regime.

In response to the success and popularity of the song, liberal snowflakes threw emotional hissy fits online and and falsely claimed, without proof, that the song was "pro-lynching" and emotionally claimed it as "violent" and "hateful" (even though the actual violence and hate was coming from the leftist rioters depicted in the news clips featured in the video), leading to country music video channel CMT pulling the video from airplay to appease the snowflakes;[7] Aldean himself responded to the controversy over the video in a Twitter post,[8] pointing out that the negative reaction from liberals that led to the video being pulled by CMT was "...not only meritless, but dangerous", and in response to the CMT controversy, Aldean received a great deal of support from fans and fellow country music artists, while calls were made to boycott CMT over Aldean's video being pulled.

Additionally, when music news magazine Rolling Stone echoed the rest of the liberal media in virtue-signaling and making false accusations against both Aldean and the song, the magazine got roasted for its comments on social media, with many respondents pointing out the magazine's hypocrisy in attacking Aldean and his song while ignoring violent and racist rap songs that glorify killing police officers, killing whites, drug dealing, abusing women and other crimes;[9] rather than back down and admit its error in the face of massive pushback against it for its attack on Aldean, however, Rolling Stone doubled down on its stupidity and hypocrisy by attacking the conservative critics, calling them "trolls" (while ironically ignoring that liberals themselves are often trolls online) and accusing them of resorting to "whataboutism" by bringing up rap music, which only earned the magazine even more scorn from critics.

  • "Respect" (Aretha Franklin)

Also questionable:

  • "All My Friends (Snakehips)" - the song's message is how terrible clubs actually are, instead of the hype that's falsely given to them. However, the song is explicit. Sample lyric: "All my friends are wasted, and I hate this club and I drink too much; another Friday night I've wasted.."
  • "Been to Hell" (Hollywood Undead)-Despite the large amount of swearing, it talks about the destructive nature of Hollywood, including how Hollywood and the quest for fame can cause someone to lose their faith. It also criticizes Hollywood values.
  • "Black Hole Sun" (Soundgarden) - Can be interpreted as a lamentation of evil: "Times are gone for honest men, and sometimes far too long for snakes" "Heaven, send hell away; / No one sings like you anymore"
  • "Born in the U.S.A." (Bruce Springsteen) - the title and refrain appears to be pro-America, but some of the lyrics are not, also contains a racial slur toward Asians.
  • "Glory Days" (Bruce Springsteen) - the song talks about the good old days of the American Dream
  • "Grow a Pear" (Kesha) -Song's message is manning up, but the singer Kesha is a pro-LGBT homosexual agenda activist.
  • "Hammer to Fall" (Queen) - talks about being hopeful for the Soviet Union falling
  • "My Sweet Lord" (George Harrison) - Love for religion and having a relationship with God even uses hallelujah, though many Hindu undertones; Harrison also unconsciously plagiarized two other songs, the Chiffons' 1963 doo-wop song "He's So Fine" and the Edwin Hawkins Singers' 1967 gospel song "Oh Happy Day", in writing his song.
  • "Rocky Raccoon" (The Beatles) - has multiple references to Gideon's Bible
  • "Still the One" by Orleans - a very good song about marital fidelity. However, one of the singers, John Hall, later became a Democratic Congressman from New York and sued Republican presidential candidate John McCain over the use of the song
  • "Stranger in Moscow ." (Michael Jackson) - the song criticizes communism
