Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, often abbreviated as BJJ is a martial art of Brazilian origin, originating from Judo. It is based on the idea that a small person can fight a larger person. The Gracie family of Brazil, especially Renzo Gracie and Helio Gracie, are widely considered to be the world's foremost masters of BJJ.
