Broccolini

Broccolini is a hybrid vegetable, composed of a cross between broccoli and Chinese kale. It is often mistaken for young broccoli, but it typically has a sweeter flavor. It is an excellent source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, calcium, folate, and iron.
The first brocolini seeds were developed by the Sakata Seed Company of Yokohama, Japan.
