Carl DeMaio

Carl DeMaio is a homosexual liberal politician who was the Republican nominee for California's 52nd congressional district in the 2014 U.S. congressional elections. DeMaio previously served on the San Diego City Council from 2008 to 2012 and was a candidate in the 2012 San Diego mayoral election, wherein he lost to Bob Filler. As a staunch liberal, he supports same sex marriage and abortion.[1] In October 2014, DeMaio was accused of both sexual harassment and bribery.[2] He was ultimately defeated in the 2014 congressional election.[3]
