Coeus

Coeus in Greek mythology is the Titan god of intelligence and the axis of the heavens. With three of his brothers (Crius, and ) Coeus conspired with Cronus to depose their father Uranus. Uranus (the Sky) would descend each night to lie upon Gaia (the Earth), each standing at a corner of the cosmos they held Uranus firm whle Cronus emasculated him with a sickle. With Phoebe, Coeus had two children Asteria and Leto
