This article (which is currently within the legal category) is misconceived. "Agreement" is not a legal term. Various types of agreements are enforcable at law and in equity and those types of agreement ought to have entries (insofar as they are of interest). However, an entry for "Agreement" in the legal category is like an entry for "killing" in the legal category. Killing is not a legal concept notwithstanding that it has relevance to the crime of murder.

And outside the legal category a word like "agreement" would not normally have an entry in an encyclopedia (whereas it would have an entry in a dictionary).

Perhaps I have not expressed myself as clearly as I might. If anyone has a question about the above I would be happy to expand. --Horace 23:44, 9 April 2007 (EDT)
