I need upload rights. User:PheasantHunter/FullSig 16:16, 25 July 2007 (EDT)

  • "Need" is a strong word, PheasantHunter. It connotes addiction. Are you not sure you would like them? Maybe like the right you now have? --Sysop-TK /MyTalk 18:20, 25 July 2007 (EDT)
I meant "Conservapedia needs me to have"...and by the way, you're the pusher man. (also, thanks to whomever gave me them). User:PheasantHunter/FullSig 01:19, 26 July 2007 (EDT)

I'm not sure where I should post this, but I'd like to request nighttime editing. I tend to have more time available at night to edit, and would allow me to write some longer articles. Fantasia 22:29, 2 September 2007 (EDT)

See Requesting further rights. Philip J. Rayment 04:13, 3 September 2007 (EDT)
Yes I read that, but it seemed a bit confusing. Do I need a sysop who knows and can recommend me just for nighttime editing? Is there a page for requests? Is there a reason why I wouldn't get nighttime rights? Fantasia 16:16, 3 September 2007 (EDT)
You can approach a bureaucrat (there's a link to the list of them on that same page) directly, but as it said, it's probably better to approach a sysop who knows you. Yes, that does apply for night-time editing. Whomever you choose to approach, either contact them privately, such as using the "E-mail this user" link on their user page, or post a message on their talk page. Yes, there potentially could be a reason or reasons you would not get it, including simply not yet having demonstrated your genuineness. It is only granted to users we think we can trust to not abuse the privilege. Philip J. Rayment 17:47, 3 September 2007 (EDT)

Requested edit to protected page

The links on this page are currently broken. If an admin could copy-and-paste the wikitext from User:Interiot/scratchpad, this should fix the links. --Interiot 11:22, 23 August 2008 (EDT)

Done, and thanks. Philip J. Rayment 11:09, 24 August 2008 (EDT)

With the new upgrade, there's a special page that now lists all the user rights and their abilities. It should be linked to from this page. -Foxtrot 06:27, 25 October 2008 (EDT)

Done, and thanks. (I seem to be repeating myself). Philip J. Rayment 10:35, 25 October 2008 (EDT)
