Debate:Are there too many debates on Conservapedia?

This is a suggestion, rather than a facetious comment.

There are currently 139 debate topics, which have been subdivided. About two weeks ago there were less than 40. At this rate we will not be able to find any debate, and the whole thing will become unmanageable. I saw a suggestion from Teresita (I think) that the number of debates should be 100 at any one time. This makes a lot of sense. The debates could be archived say either after 4 weeks, OR if no-one has subscribed to the debate in 4 weeks, say. There could be some criteria such as this.

What does anyone think?

Archive 'em!

After a period of time or if it goes stone cold. Or dependent on data space available, ...etc. Or just bump them down under newer topics. I couldn't pick a number to limit too though.--Roopilots6 20:14, 20 April 2007 (EDT)

Hmm

Surely this debate topic about how there shouldn't be as many debate topics is rather stupid because its existance contradicts its reason for existance!!!!!!! (User:Bealecr) 19:47, 2 May 2007 (EDT)
