Distributive property

In mathematics, if one has two binary operations * and * ' over a set A then we say that * distributes over * ' if for all x,y,z in A x * (y * 'z) = (x * y) * '(x * z). A common example of operations with the distributive property is the example of multiplication distributing over addition.
