Earthmoving
From Conservapedia
Earthmoving is a vital component of the building trades, and is involved throughout most construction projects.
Familiar tasks involved in earthmoving are:
- Excavation
- Grading
- Backfilling
- Site finish work
Earthmoving equipment ranges from the humble gardening and permaculture earthmoving with shovel, to giant bulldozers, loaders, and dump trucks used on construction.
Transportation of sand, gravel, crushed stone and higher grade material such as topsoil are also performed by earthmoving workers and machinery.
