Enos, or Enosh (Hebrew: אֱנוֹשׁ, Enoš; "mortal man, sick, frail, miserable"[1]) (235 AM-1140AM, or 3769 BC-2864 BC) was the son of Seth and the father of Cainan. He was born when Seth was 105 years old, in 236 AM.[2]

Enos fathered Cainan when he was 90 years old (325 AM),[3] and lived to be 905 years old (1140 AM)[4]

And Enos lived ninety years, and begat Cainan: And Enos lived after he begat Cainan eight hundred and fifteen years, and begat sons and daughters: And all the days of Enos were nine hundred and five years: and he died. Genesis 5:9-11 (KJV)
