Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act requires all colleges and universities that receive any kind of federal funding (including financial aid for students) to report annually on their participation by gender in athletic programs. This must include participation numbers, scholarships, budgets, and coaching salaries.

This information is used to enforce compliance with Title IX.
