Fenway Park is the stadium for the Boston Red Sox. It first opened in April 20, 1912. The owner at the time, Charles Henry Taylor, give the name of the ballpark because it was located in the Fenway section of Boston.[1] The park is known for its 37-foot-high[2] left field wall, the "Green Monster."
