According to my search, this picture shows Finnish volunteers for the Waffen-SS ("Finnische Freiwillige der Waffen-SS im Truppenlager bei Groß Born") It has nothing to do with the Wehrmacht. --AugustO (talk) 18:21, 9 June 2016 (EDT)
