Fourteen Words is a slogan commonly used by white supremacists. The slogan usually states: "We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children."[1] The slogan was coined by a white supremacist, David Lane, who died in prison.[2][3]

Variations

Sometimes the slogan can be stated as, "Because the beauty of the White Aryan woman must not perish from the earth."[4] And some people merely refer to it as 14. Or 14/88. 88 refers to the 8th letter of the alphabet (H), thus it stands for HH, which, in turn, stands for Heil Hitler.[5]

Some people have made a meme out of it, and in several cases, liberals have falsely accused certain conservative personalities to alluding to the term.[6]
