Fraser Institute

The Fraser Institute is a Canadian libertarian think tank. They believe in decentralizing the Canadian public school system, lowering tax rates, reforming immigration, finding cost-effective methods for reducing global warming, and reduce health costs by increasing the influence of private sector insurance and reducing government interference.[1]
