Freedom of Choice Act

The Freedom of Choice Act is a bill introduced into Congress in both the House and the Senate that would override state laws and make abortion legal and unrestricted in any way and at any time that an abortionist decides to perform one.

President Elect Obama has indicated that he would be willing to sign the bill into law once he takes office
