Dr. Hyun Jin Moon (Born April 10, 1969) is the third son of Unification Church founder Sun Myung Moon. Born in Korea, he and his family moved to the United States in 1973. He graduated from Columbia University in 1995 with honors, a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a masters in religious education from Unification Theological Seminary.[1] Hyun Jin Moon competed in the Olympics twice as a member of the Korean Equestrian team in the Seoul and Barcelona Olympics. After serving as Vice President of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification, he became Co-Chairman of the Universal Peace Federation and Chairman of the Board of News World Communications, which owns The Washington Times.

Currently Hyun Jin Moon speaks at Global Peace Festivals around the world and advocates One Family Under God through service to others. He has spoken in Washington DC, Brazil, Canada, Kenya, Paraguay, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mongolia, and other countries. Jin Moon married in 1987 to Jun Sook Kwak, and had eight children together. They currently reside in Westchester County, New York.
