The Ica stones are a collection of over 15,000 andesite stones with carvings showing depictions of dinosaurs living with man and advanced technology among primitive peoples[1][2]. They were found in the vicinity of Ica, Peru. The images on the stones were apparently created in pre-Columbian times and buried in a large number of tombs alongside Native American mummies.

Impact on young earth creationism

The impact of the discovery of the stones caused young earth creationists to further their claims that dinosaurs did indeed live with ancient peoples.

Authenticity

The accuracy and authenticity of the stones are questioned by evolutionists and skeptics, who would rather see the stones as forgeries and hoaxes. However, this is highly questionable since the stones have a layer of patina on them, clearly showing that the stones are most likely authentic.
