Jake Nordin

Jake Nordin is a National Football League rookie tight end. He was born on July 8, 1984 and is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 262 pounds. Nordin attended and played college football the University of Northern Illinois from 2002 to 2005. On July 20, 2007 the New England Patriots released Nordin from the team.[1]
