Jesse Francis, Jr. (Jeff), Bingaman, born October 3, 1943 (age 66), is Democratic United States Senator from New Mexico. He was elected in 1982 and has been reelected ever since.[1] He has voted with a majority of his Democratic colleagues ninety-five percent of the time during the current Congress.[2]
