Jimmy Aubrey

Jimmy Aubrey (October 23, 1887 - September 2, 1983) was an English actor who worked with both Charles Chaplin and Laurel & Hardy.

In 1919 and 1920 Aubrey starred in a series of Vitagraph two-reeler comedies, Oliver Hardy working along side him. Later in the 20's he starred in a series for Joe Rock. His starring days were over by 1927 and he began working in supporting roles in films including three Laurel and Hardy films.

Aubrey acted in bits roles until his retirement in 1952. His career in movies is spread out in over four hundred films.
