John Lynch (athlete)

John Lynch was a safety for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Denver Broncos from 1993-2007. He compiled 490 tackles, thirteen sacks, ten forced fumbles, and twenty-six interceptions.[1] He was a key player on the Tampa Bay 2002 Super Bowl squad. He went to Stanford University. He retired in 2008 after being cut by both the Broncos and the New England Patriots, who had signed him to a preseason contract.
