Lashkar-e-Toiba is one of the largest and most active Islamic terrorist organizations in South Asia. It was founded in Afghanistan by Hafiz Muhammad Saeed[1]. It is currently based in Pakistan-administered Kashmir. Lashkar-e-Toiba members have carried out major terrorist attacks against the Republic of India.[2]The organization is regarded as a dangerous terror outfit by the governments of India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Kazakhstan, Russia, Australia and others.[3] [4] [5][6]. Their ideology is based on an intensely virulent strain of Islamic Fundamentalism, anti-Semitism, anti-Hinduism, Hesperophobia, Xenophobia and the hatred of and prejudices against non-Muslim minorities (such as Christians and Hindus) in Pakistan and Kashmir in South Asia. Their ultimate goal is to eradicate all Hindus in Kashmir and India and establish a totalitarian, Islamic fascist regime. They also have disparaging views against Jews and support terrorist groups in Palestine against the holy land of Israel. Their propaganda routinely demonizes Jews and Hindus together as "enemies of Islam"[1][2][3]
