Law 100

The Law 100 in Puerto Rico prohibits employment discrimination of all types in the private sector. It also prohibits employment discrimination against employees of government agencies or instrumentalities that operate as private businesses or companies.

Note, however, that the Eleventh Amendment and non-profit government instrumentalities are protected against lawsuit relying on this law.[1]
