Obama's Failed Presidency: New Polling Numbers Plunge
The president continues to suffer from upside-down job ratings, and the number who thinks he will be re-elected is down significantly -- just 29% of Voters. Expectations for Obama's presidency have declined: 29 percent of voters expect Obama to rate as either “one of the country’s greatest” or as a “good” president. That’s down from 43 percent who felt that way a year ago -- and down dramatically from 62 percent who had similarly high expectations soon after he was elected (December 2008).
Looking ahead to 2012, some 29 percent of voters predict Obama will be re-elected, down from 44 percent who thought so a year ago. Sixty-four percent now don’t think Obama will win another term, up from 46 percent in December 2009.
Pat Toomey Becomes the Latest to Cave To The Homosexual Agenda, making a gratuitous announcement after he was elected that he supports repeal of DADT. He will not even be voting on the current bill; the timing of his statement helps liberals.
Most Americans Balk at Obama's Federal Control of Public School Lunches. 65% of Americans prefer state or local control over the Obama's Socialist big-government solution. Too bad Congress, once again, didn't care what the people wanted.

"The Revelation That the Obama administration Used a Covert CIA Program to Dig Up Dirt on Countries Opposed to the Copenhagen Climate Treaty Shows a White House Desperate to Enforce its Orthodoxy on Global Warming," The Daily Caller reports based on an interview with conservative Oklahoma Senator James Inhofe.
Florida School Superintendent: "God Protected Me During Shooting". The school superintendent who calmly confronted the gunman who threatened to shoot him during the meeting said God protected him when Clay A. Duke opened fire. "God was standing in front of me and I will go to my grave believing that." Bay Schools Superintendent Bill Husfelt said. Almost as big a miracle is a Public School administrator who believes in God!
A Difficult Situation the Red Cross Finds Itself Working In Islamic Afghanistan: A long-term employee was arrested and imprisoned because he is Christian. There are indications the man was severely beaten and the Red Cross refuses to help. This is not the first time a high profile imprisonment was ignored by the humanitarian organization.
Using graphic imagery and his strongest language to date, the new Marine Corps commandant spoke out again Tuesday against a repeal of the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy, this time suggesting that a change in the law would risk maiming Marines because of the "distraction." In a background briefing with a handful of Pentagon reporters, Gen. James Amos said a repeal of the law that bans gays from openly serving could prove to be a life-threatening distraction for combat Marines.
United States Air Force Blocks Access to News Sites That Posted Wikileaks Documents. The U.S. Air Force has blocked access on its network to more than 25 media websites, including the New York Times, and The Guardian, that have posted the secret U.S. diplomatic cables published by WikiLeaks.
Republicans Angry About Omnibus Spending Bill Decry "Nightmare Before Christmas"
Republicans poring over a 1,924-page overarching spending bill proposed by congressional Democrats and the Obama administration to cover the rest of the fiscal year are threatening to grind the legislation to a halt, citing hidden earmarks and massive spending that would be enacted into law without a review process. Devolving into pandemonium, a source said "all hell is breaking loose" ahead of a Republican policy lunch in which Sens. Tom Coburn of Oklahoma and Jim DeMint of South Carolina were expected to insist the omnibus bill be read in its entirety by the clerk on the Senate floor before a vote is held.
Phony Liberals: After taking great offense at a Republican shouting "You lie!" at Obama during his 2009 State of the Union (which has now been shown to be a fact), New York Times columnist Carl Hulse devoted a mere seven words to a Democrat's "F*** the President" outburst. This story details the liberal double standard.
- Some 6.1% of high-school seniors reported using marijuana this year, up from 5.2% in 2009

- Use of Ecstasy, which had declined in the early 2000s, is on the increase again.
Mitt Romney, along with Michele Bachmann and Jim DeMint, opposes the phony "tax deal" being pushed by Harry Reid through Congress, while Newt Gingrich and Mike Huckabee support it. The presidential race heats up for the Republican nomination.
Sandoval Supports Obamacare Law Rejection. Nevada Governor-elect Brian Sandoval said Monday that he was pleased a federal judge rejected a key provision of the Obama administration's health care law, ruling the requirement that people buy insurance is unconstitutional. "As I've noted before, I see the constitutional question created by the health care bill as monumental in all future matters involving states' rights," said Sandoval, who was a federal judge before resigning to run for governor.
Green Jobs Not Growing As Obama Promised. The Obama Administration channeled $90 billion of the $870 billion dollar Economic stimulus package towards the new green economy. But two years into the Obama administration, the White House has reported it's helped create 224,500 green jobs, far short of the 5 million it had openly predicted.
United Kingdom Fears Disabling WikiLeaks Attacks on Government Websites. Britain's national security adviser has warned that government websites are at risk of cyber attack from pro-WikiLeaks hackers/vandals, prime minister David Cameron's office said Monday. Cameron's office said security adviser Peter Ricketts has raised his concerns before an extradition hearing scheduled for Tuesday, when WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, wanted in Sweden in a sex-crime investigation, will appear in a London court.

Barack Obama Pushes the Nanny State -- Signing Bill Regulating School Food. The pet project of Michelle Obama costs the taxpayers $4.5 billion and expands the requirements to cover all foods sold during school hours including bake sales and other fundraisers.
Conservative GOP Chairman Michael Steele Will Run For Another Term. During Steele's tenure, Republicans picked up 63 House seats in last month's elections, the biggest gain in more than seven decades. But Steele has been dogged by criticism from some RINO's who see him as prone to "missteps" of not being accommodating enough to liberals.
Michael Goodwin: "Messiah Obama Has Only Himself to Blame."
Viewed with the long lens, the uncivil war between President Obama and liberal Democrats is merely another example of the gradual awakening of Obamabots. The big story of the last two years is how millions of Americans who voted for him have concluded he's not the man they thought he was.
Admiral Mike Mullen: War Between North / South Korea May Be Near: The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told troops in Baghdad, Iraq that North Korea has upped the ante in its aggression against South Korea -- a pattern he said is tied to preparations for Kim Jong Il to pass power to his son.
Judge Strikes Major Blow Against Socialism...
U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson sides with the state of Virginia against ObamaCare. Casting an unmistakable and perhaps permanent pockmark on the face of the Obama administration, Judge Hudson ruled that the major component of the new health care reform law is unconstitutional. He rejects the notion that individuals are required to purchase health insurance. That setback for Barack Hussein Obama guarantees the U.S. Supreme Court will have to review the decision -- the last place Obama & Company wanted it to go.
The lawsuit is just one of nearly two dozen challenges filed in federal courts across the country. Another high-profile suit filed in Florida and joined by 20 states and the National Federation of Independent Businesses will go before Federal Judge Roger Vinson this Thursday. Read the ruling
Rather than go mano y mano in a real debate with William Lane Craig, Richard Dawkins proves once again he has no machismo. Conservapedia recently learned that Dawkins took part in a atheist debate panel vs. theist debate panel where each speaker spoke very briefly in surroundings that featured something resembling a disco light show and a boxing ring.VIDEO In short, it was a faux debate and certainly not a real debate.
Obama's Tax Cut Deal is Second 'Stimulus,' Top Economist Says. Mark Zandi, Moody's chief economist, told Fox News's Chris Wallace that even if others aren't using the word to refer to the tax cut agreement between some Republicans and President Obama, he is calling it just that. "It's stimulus in the sense we're providing some additional temporary tax cuts and some additional temporary spending increases, so I'm not sure what the difference is between what we're talking about here and what we did back in early '09," Zandi said. The Minnesota Republican Party formally expels the RINOs who endorsed an Obama supporter as a third-party candidate for governor, which split the vote and caused the Republican to lose narrowly. Bye-bye to has-beens who include a former U.S. Senator, two former governors, and a former House Speaker. Former is the operative word. Why elect Republicans if they are "almost" Democrats?

John McCain: Third Party Will Rise if Government Doesn't Listen to America. McCain says he'll reluctantly support Obama's tax cut compromise, but predicts that if Congress continues with its fiscal irresponsibility, Americans will elect a third party. Video
Another Failed Presidency...
Barack Obama is on track to have the most spectacularly failed presidency since Woodrow Wilson. Barack Obama is failing. Failing big. Failing fast. And failing everywhere: foreign policy, domestic initiatives, and most importantly, in forging connections with the American people. The incomparable Dorothy Rabinowitz writing in the Wall Street Journal put her finger on it: He is failing because he has no understanding of the American people, and may indeed loathe them. Clarice Feldman of American Thinker produced a dispositive commentary showing that Obama is failing because fundamentally he is neither smart nor articulate; his intellectual dishonesty is conspicuous by its audacity and lack of shame.
Arizona Regains Footing in Legal Battle Over Immigration Law. After suffering a major legal setback in the summer, Arizona and Governor Jan Brewer regained their footing in court Friday when a federal judge dismissed major parts of the Justice Department's challenge to the state's new immigration law and rejected several claims made by Hispanic activists and the liberal Phoenix police union. More bad news for Barack Obama & Company as yet another cornerstone of his liberal policy foundation is kicked out from under him and his failed presidency.
"Two black Democrats bolt party for GOP" in Georgia. One was a national president of the College Democrats of America and a 2004 delegate to the Democratic National Convention, but on switching to become Republican he said, "If you're a conservative, it became more difficult to be in the Democratic Party."

47% Now Say Global Warming is Caused By Planetary Trends. While U.S. voters continue to be concerned about global warming they still are more inclined to think it's caused by planetary trends rather than human activity. A new Rasmussen Reports survey of Likely Voters finds that 41% think global warming is caused primarily by human activity, while 47% say long-term planetary trends are to blame.
37% Predict U.S.-Muslim Relations Will Be Worse A Year From Now. Voters nationwide continue to show little optimism about America’s relationship with the Muslim world. 47% say relations will stay about the same.
"Merry Christmas" is back in vogue, replacing the politically-correct "Happy Holidays" as an in-store greeting. "We've gone from 80 percent politically correct three to four years ago to 80 percent pro-Christmas message and advertising to consumers," says Randy Sharp, director of special projects for the American Family Association.
WikiLeaks Cyberwar Runs Afoul of the Law. Computer vandals working in defense of WikiLeaks cloak their actions in civil rights imagery, but experts say that international law bans their criminal behavior. Chester Wisniewski, a senior security advisor with Sophos, confirmed that hack assaults using the LOIC tool is a violation of U.S. law. "In the United States, yes, it would be a breach of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act to intentionally attack a website in the U.S. with the intent of denying or disrupting service," Wisniewski told FoxNews.com. Other experts have stated that comparing their actions to 1960's civil disobedience is all well and good, but U.S. and International laws call it something else: criminal.
Liberal hate is backfiring, as the first arrest has been made in the WikiLeaks cyberwar declared just days ago:
Senator Coburn: Federal Spending Bill a 'Trojan Horse' for Obamacare.
Senator Tom Coburn denounced the $18 billion in provisions added to a catchall spending bill to keep the government running through next year, saying they're a "Trojan horse to fund the new federal health care law." Coburn noted that the Senate version would provide $19 million to the IRS for dictating health insurance under the new law; $6.25 billion to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for new health reform programs, and $210 million to the Health Resources and Services Administration for public health workforce programs.
Coburn noted that the bill spends $12 million on an unelected panel of bureaucrats that Coburn says "will issue costly mandates, make coverage decisions for all Americans, and could deny patient choice under the guise of 'prevention.'" In other words it is a "Death Panel".

BREAKING: Angry Brat Protesters in London have violently attacked a car containing Prince Charles, the heir to the British throne, and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. The Socialist-inclined protesters are angry at a university tuition fee hike that would force some to actually help pay for their tuition, are fighting with police, smashing windows and starting fires.
The House and the Senate appear to be on a collision course over the president's controversial tax plan, after House Democrats, wanting to raise taxes, voted to block the package from coming to the floor in its current form.
While only two Republican Senators - Ohio's George Voinovich and South Carolina's Jim DeMint - are officially on the record as "nay" votes, opinion makers like Tom Coburn of Oklahoma, Sarah Palin and Senator-to-be Rand Paul are starting to express grave concerns about the huge deficit spending in the measure.
|“||It's kinda like we're the Titanic here in America, and everybody says, ‘The bar's open. We'll just have a party the next two weeks. We're gonna spend another $900 billion! -- Senator Tom Coburn (R-OK) on the Senate floor.||”|
Anarchy in the U.K. as Tuition Hike Passes...
Spoiled Socialist and Atheist Brats In U.K. Rioted Again Today. Up to 40,000 school pupils, college pupils and university students agitated against tuition and fee increases in London today, as they marched down Whitehall – the location of ugly scenes during the past two student protests. Today was no different as the spiffs threw rocks, bottles and attacked the police with their fists to show their displeasure at being asked to carry their own weight, something rare in socialist countries. The solution is simple: Expel the brats who are partaking in the violent and destructive protests, use the savings to pay the increases. The U.K. needs another Margaret Thatcher! VIDEO
The website of Sarah Palin's political action committee came under cyberattack from supporters of Wikileaks and its founder, Julian Assange, the former Alaska governor said Wednesday. Rebecca Mansour, a SarahPAC aide, told The Associated Press that staff moved quickly to secure the website and no data was compromised. Mansour also said Palin's husband, Todd, had been contacted by Visa and was told "a company in London was trying to access his account this afternoon for verification." Visa advised him to quickly close his credit card accounts, and he did, Mansour said.
The 2008 vice presidential candidate told ABC News it's an example of what happens "when you exercise the First Amendment and speak against his sick, un-American espionage efforts." In a posting on the social networking site Facebook last week, Palin called Assange "an anti-American operative with blood on his hands." She questioned why he wasn't "pursued with the same urgency we pursue al-Qaida and Taliban leaders."
Top Celebrity Giver To Charity In 2010? Glenn Beck, Of Course!
Glenn Beck raised more for charity in 2010 than any other celebrity, according to CharityFolks.com, who reports that he raised over $1 million for the Special Operations Warriors Foundation, which gives scholarships to the children of special-operations personnel killed in battle, and financial assistance to wounded soldiers.
"This Paper Should Not Have Been Published": NASA claims new discovery of arsenic-based life proves the possibility of life on other planets. Others are so critical that they say that the paper should not have been published. There is a lot of gullibility for anything promoting extraterrestrial life.
Liberal Values = Criminal Hacking and Terrorist Threats:
In an unprecedented assault described by fuzzy-minded liberals as "civil disobedience" which in reality is criminal hacking, and Internet vandalism, supporters of WikiLeaks struck out Wednesday at perceived enemies of the site and its jailed founder Julian Assange, launching hack attacks against MasterCard, Swedish prosecutors, and others -- and promising future attacks against Twitter, PayPal and even FoxNews.com. The "hacktivists", really just plain terrorists, operating under the label Operation: Payback, claimed responsibility in a Twitter message for causing the outages at MasterCard, which pulled the plug on its relationship with WikiLeaks on Tuesday. An online poster put out by the campaign makes its goals explicit.

Liberal school administrators and teachers are cowering under their desks -- as usual. The parents, who have since begun homeschooling their son at his request, plan to attend the Dec. 13 School Board meeting to ask that the book be yanked entirely so taxpayers are no longer forced to pay for it. They have five other children, including a freshman at the same High School. Liberal Values are overwhelmingly rejected by the vast majority of Americans. Give it up, liberals!

New Ron Paul-like anti-TSA statutes introduced in New Jersey Senate. Senator Mike Doherty (R-23-Warren) has one-upped Paul by introducing laws to bring Transportation Security Administration employees directly under the sexual-assault and pornography statutes, and even to create a new law banning the use of full-body scanners. Can a Constitutional crisis not be far behind?

Obama's Tax Cut Deal With Republicans Infuriates Liberals. President announces agreement to extend all Bush-era tax cuts for two years — but some of his toughest critics are liberal Democrats, who still argue breaks should only be extended for the middle class. Did the liberals really think Obama is a man of his word?
Obamanomics: Likely Voters Say Continuing Offshore Ban On Oil Drilling Will Hurt Economy.
The Obama administration announced last week that it is continuing the ban on offshore oil and gas drilling along the Eastern seaboard and in the eastern portion of the Gulf of Mexico. Most voters (54%) expect that decision to drive up gas prices and hurt the economy.
Obama Surrenders! - - All Bush-Era Tax Cuts to Be Extended!
President Obama outlined the "framework" of a deal with congressional leaders for a temporary extension of the Bush-era tax cuts in all income tax brackets, a compromise which was really the Republican's position all along. Unemployment benefits for long-term jobless would be extended through 2011. The Death-tax rate would be renewed at the previously lower rate temporarily.
House Republican Leader John Boehner's office hailed the announcement. "It’s encouraging that the White House is now willing to stop all of the job-killing tax hikes scheduled for January 1st...We look forward to discussing this proposal with House Republican members and the American people." Boehner spokesman Mike Steel said.
Oklahoma is one of the most conservative states, but again its Senator Tom Coburn abandons conservatives to support a deficit plan that includes a 15-cent-per-gallon tax on gasoline and other tax hikes. Recall when Coburn sided with liberals to confirm Elena Kagan for Solicitor General?
"The global warming scare was fun while it lasted, but the joke's over .... Another ally of Michael Steele resigns, perhaps to run for his job as RNC Chairman; the list of potential candidates grows to at least 8 and that speaks volumes about the declining future of the Democratic Party.

Conservapedia predicted this months ago: "Newt Gingrich 'Much More Inclined To Run' For President in 2012." We had ranked Gingrich #1 in likelihood of winning the nomination, but dropped him to #2 (behind Mitt Romney) when Sarah Palin began crowding him out. Is Palin's strength forcing Newt to accelerate his planned campaign?
WikiLeaks Threatens to Release Giant 'Insurance' File if Shut Down -- So Much For High-Minded "Principles". WikiLeaks' founder Julian Assange, a wanted fugitive and alleged rapist, threatens that anyone who tries to stop his website risks triggering a new deluge of secrets in the form of an encrypted cache of uncensored documents already downloaded by tens of thousands of his website's supporters.
Liberal double standard: the lamestream media call it an outrage if a conservative ignores them, but when a high-ranking Obama Administration official repeatedly refuses to answer questions, and a reporter is even forcibly removed for trying, that's peachy.
Spain Declares State of Emergency Over Controllers Strike; Nation In Chaos. Hundreds of thousands of angry travelers stranded by an air traffic controllers strike were awaiting a decision by Spain's government Saturday on what action it would take to get the country's air space running again. The controllers abandoned their posts Friday afternoon amid a lengthy dispute over working conditions and after Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero and his ministers approved a package of austerity measures. The dispute intensified in February after the government restricted overtime, cutting the average annual pay of controllers from about €350,000/$465,000! (more than the President of the United States earns!) to around €200,000/$265,000. The average citizen in Spain earns €20,000....
The Shellacking Continues...
Thirteen new Republicans state lawmakers, all former Democrats, have crossed the aisle since the November 2nd midterm elections. Sad but not surprising, the Democrat party calls this a racist move. "The Republican members of the legislature have put on a full-court press to push all white Democrats to change parties after the election."
After a ceremonial pardoning of turkeys ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, Barack Hussein Obama signs his first official pardons. Americans Don't Want Your Liberal Lies Department: Advertising revenue at U.S. newspapers has continued to slip in the third quarter. New figures from the Newspaper Association of America show that in the July-to-September period, the industry's total print and online ad revenue fell 5.4 percent to $6.1 billion from $6.4 billion last year. The latest figures mark 15 consecutive quarters -- close to four years -- of steady declines.
Failing At Home On All Fronts, Obama Flees to Afghanistan.
The surprise visit today came as casualties continue to mount since the Obama administration escalated the war last year, and several high-profile embarrassments concerning president Hamid Karzai have rocked the White House. A spokesperson said rough weather forced the president to abruptly scrap his plans to meet Karzai in the capital of Kabul. In total, Obama was to spend three hours on the ground in Afghanistan, about half the time he had scheduled, after a 14 hour plane flight.
Obama's visit to Afghanistan is his latest trip abroad since he took a beating in the 2010 midterm elections last month. In total Obama has spent nearly 14 days abroad since the election. Before the election, Obama had spent just three days abroad the entire year. The recent burst of activity on the foreign policy front threatens to overshadow the president's promise to shift focus to the economy.
The unemployment rate edged up to 9.8 percent in November, and nonfarm payroll employment was little changed (+39,000), the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Chris Christie rightfully criticizes the public school teachers' union again in a speech Tuesday night, noting how it collects "$730 in mandatory dues per member, per year. 'Because we want to make this as convenient as possible,' Christie said with a smirk."
Amazon Pulls The Plug on WikiLeaks. Amazon.com appears to have severed ties with infamous website WikiLeaks, the organization that just released a trove of secret U.S. State Department documents. Computers run by Amazon's Elastic Web Compute (EC2) service in Tulsa, Portland, New York and elsewhere had been hosting the site cablegate.wikileaks.org, the Wall Street Journal noted, as well as Wikileaks.org, the controversial site’s front page. The main website and the "cablegate" sub-site devoted to the diplomatic documents were unavailable from the U.S. and Europe, as Amazon servers refused to acknowledge requests for data. Read more.
More Hollywood misinformation? The Montel Williams Show featured a "hairstylist" with the caption, "Afraid to leave his house because he has 2 'Strikes.'" But perhaps he wasn't so fearful after all. Hypocrisy Dishonesty Strikes Again: Remember the Climategate memos that were leaked? The New York Times said they were obtained through immoral means or outright theft and contained personal information that would embarrass liberal "scientists", and they would not publish them. Yet the Wikileaks clearly stolen documents from the U.S. military and State Department, full of the same type of personal, embarrassing information...those clearly rated front page treatment.
Voting Twice? New York Ballot Questions in Congressional Race. The closest Congressional race in the nation could be decided by people who don't really live in the district, and a Fox News investigation has uncovered evidence of voter registration illegalities, including at least one voter who apparently voted twice. The candidates, Long Island Democrat incumbent Congressman Tim Bishop and Republican challenger Randy Altschuler, have been as close as just 15 votes apart, out of roughly 180,000 cast in New York's 1st Congressional District. The latest count puts liberal Bishop ahead by about 235 votes.
"With Kirk's swearing-in, GOP formally claims Obama's old seat." Now there are four extra votes to filibuster the liberals in the Senate: two Republicans, and two Democrats facing defeat in 2012 (Ben Nelson and Jim Webb).
An atheistic public school is where an armed student took a teacher and nearly two dozen students hostage, holding them for hours before they were rescued Monday night. Authorities are withholding details about the suspect.
Liberal hypocrisy strikes again. In 2005 the city of Portland, Oregon voted to ban police officers from participating in FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force; this in retaliation for then-President George W. Bush's war on terror. That same FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force just prevented hundreds of Portlanders from being murdered by a terrorist:
Do You Think WikiLeaks Is a Terrorist Organization? Congressman Peter King wants WikiLeaks declared a terrorist organization for its release of hundreds of thousands of classified U.S. military and diplomatic documents. Fox News poll shows 67% agree. &

Another liberal double standard: "the Obama administration has doled out about $2 billion in stimulus money to some of the nation's biggest polluters while granting them exemptions from a basic form of environmental oversight." Washington Post citing a Center for Public Integrity study
U.S. in Damage Control After Vast Leak of Diplomatic Cables. The release of more than 250,000 classified State Department documents forced the Obama administration into damage control, trying to contain fallout from unflattering assessments of world leaders and revelations about backstage U.S. diplomacy.
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange claimed the Obama administration was trying to cover up alleged evidence of serious "human rights abuse and other criminal behavior" by the U.S. government. In Australia, Assange's home country, Attorney General Robert McClelland said law enforcement officials were investigating whether WikiLeaks broke any laws.
Barack Obama perpetuates the Afghanistan War and just broke the record for duration set by the communist Soviet Union there. "And whatever else is true, there's one thing we should all be able to agree on: the person presiding over all of this deserves the Nobel Peace Prize," a Salon columnist wryly observed.
EU agrees on $89 billion bailout loan for Ireland The fear is that with Greece and now Ireland shored up, speculative traders will target the bloc's other weak fiscal links, particularly Portugal, and soon perhaps Spain. Economists point out there isn't enough money in the world for the European states to continue their socialist ways.
Even the liberal newspaper the Miami Herald is declaring that Obama's reelection chances look weak. Obama's wars and the lackluster economic policies of the Obama administration are albatrosses around Obama's neck.

Nigel Farage, Member of the European Parliament from the UK Independence Party, is shown ripping the EU leadership a new one for their statist, anti-democratic arrogance in the Irish financial crisis. Sit back and enjoy! Video
Israel over-regulates energy: "We had to overcome more than 25 separate battles with various government departments, including the introduction of new legislation through parliament and a government decision. There are 17 government ministries involved in the issue that have no communication, no coordination whatever," noted Yosef Abramowitz, who has attempted for four years to bring solar power to Israel, a land that is 60% desert.
Federal Judge Confirms CAIR is Hamas. A federal judge has determined that the Justice Department provided "ample evidence" to designate the most prominent Muslim group in America as an unindicted terrorist co-conspirator. "California an addict yet to hit bottom ... Perhaps the financial markets will provide some adult supervision, which will be even more lacking in Sacramento after Democrats consolidated their power and voters approved new rules (Prop. 25) that allow Democrats to pass budgets without input from the Republican minority."
Federal agents in a sting operation stopped a Somali-born teenager from blowing up a van full of explosives at a crowded Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Portland, Oregon on Friday. Mohamed Osman Mohamud, 19, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. just after he dialed a cell phone that he thought would detonate the explosives killing thousands, but instead brought federal agents and Portland police swooping down on him. Yelling "Allahu Akbar!" — Arabic for "Allah is the Greatest!" — the terrorist tried to kick agents and police as they closed in. "This defendant's chilling determination is a stark reminder that there are people — even here in Oregon — who are determined to kill Americans," U.S. Attorney Dwight Holton said.
Another liberal double standard from the New York Times: "the idea that young individuals ages 18 to 20 have a constitutional right to buy weapons and carry them loaded and concealed in public is breathtakingly irresponsible." How old does the New York Times think many of our soldiers are???
Liberals Resort to Conspiracy Theories to Explain Obama's Problems. Following two years of poor economic performance and electoral repudiation, liberalism is casting around for narratives to explain its failure - narratives that don't involve the admission of inadequacies in liberalism itself.
The Tea Party movement's recent electoral gains have gotten international attention, including in the mother country whose taxes inspired the first Tea Party -- the United Kingdom. A new rebellion against big government and high taxes is resonating in Ye Olde England. "Ideas around limited government, absolutely, there's lots of people in Britain who share those as well." says Matthew Sinclair of the Taxpayers' Alliance. The group -- formed in 2004, naturally calling for lower taxes -- is one of the largest in Britain with a Tea Party slant. It boasts some 60,000 supporters. Daniel Finkelstein is the Executive Editor for The Times of London. "I think you may see in Britain what you've seen in the United States, which is a bit of a rebellion against the central party establishment that's fueled, to an extent, by issues." Smashing!
Calling A Shamrock A Shamrock...
A storyline is emerging that seeks to frame the latest instance of government interventionism for yet another bankrupt sovereign state along deliberately disingenuous lines. According to this misleading narrative, Ireland’s abysmal fiscal condition did not come as a result of chronic state overspending, but is instead due to the island nation’s comparatively-low corporate income tax rate. Sound like a familiar song?
On both sides of the ocean there appear to be plenty of Keynesian apologists who believe that economic downturns are always caused by greedy capitalists – never by greedy socialist politicians and government bureaucrats.
General Motors's recent stock offering was staged to start paying back the government for its $50 billion bailout, but one group made out much better than the taxpayers or other investors: the company's union, the equally corrupt United Auto Workers Union. Taxpayers have recouped only about 30% of their investment -- far ahead of investors in the old GM who have received nothing.
"Priority one was serving the interests of the UAW" when the White House's auto task force engineered the bankruptcy, said Glenn Reynolds, an analyst at CreditSights. The stock offering served to show once again how the White House has handsomely rewarded its (liberal) political allies, he said.'
ACORN's Tarnished Legacy Lives On. The scandal-plagued, Obama administration supported "community group" may no longer technically exist, but several former employees face criminal punishment as 18 workers have admitted guilt or been convicted on varying charges of election fraud this year.
Michigan Mafia: Public employees’ labor unions drive Michigan cities to bankruptcy with “protection” money extortion: give the unions whatever they demand, and they will see that essential public services aren’t shut down by union strikes. This is illegal, of course, but don't expect the union bought-and-paid-for Obama administration to side with "We, The People".
Republican Alabama: Aftermath of the 2010 Midterm Elections. Alabama Democrats lost every single statewide race and control of their legislature for the first time in 136 years. Soon after the elections, four House Democrats say they followed their hearts and crossed the aisle to join the Republican majority.
It is possible that the United Kingdom government health system poisoned their own toddlers by combining vaccines for six diseases at once. “It is suspected that just 10 percent of all deaths and reactions from vaccines are ever reported; if so, this means that 400 children have died from a vaccine and 21,000 have suffered an adverse reaction in the UK alone.”
The founder of the Libertarian Party, MIT graduate David Nolan, has died. He was an enthusiastic supporter of Barry Goldwater but became disillusioned when Richard Nixon imposed wage and price controls. His new party has never caught on.
"Sarah Palin teases that she might run for president. But she is unqualified - not just in the (let me count the) usual ways, but because she does not know the country. She could not be the president of Black America nor of Hispanic America. She knows more about grizzlies than she does about African Americans - and she clearly has more interest in the former than the latter."
Progressives and Liberals started the racist Eugenics Movement and carry it forward today through Planned Parenthood and other leftist organizations that are in fact promoting genocide. They continue to promote racial division to further their cynical aim of killing minority babies, so to them there is indeed a "Black" or "Hispanic" America that they see as a "problem" to fix.
Should This Be A Full-Time Job?
Jindal Wants to Cut Back on Congress. So, you work a five-day, 40-hour week -- don't we all? Well, how about a full-time job that pays $174,000 — or more — and you only have to punch that time clock half as much as you do now. Sound pretty good? Then run for Congress.

Mark Richie, the Democratic Secretary of State for Minnesota - and the man who ensured Al Franken became a senator through voter fraud - counts as donors to his personal campaigns a litany of radicals, terrorists, socialists, communists, and other individuals and groups that reads like a "Who's Who" of the far left:
Ever wonder where washed-up liberals go? They become teachers at ultra-liberal schools like Yale. The Rolling Stone will not be allowed to enroll!

Liberal Southern Poverty Law Center brands conservative Family Research Council as a hate group for “demonizing propaganda aimed at homosexuals and other sexual minorities.” Several other groups were labeled as well for their support of a successful effort to oust state Supreme Court judges in Iowa that had legalized same-sex unions.

For Those Who Wonder What the"Entitlement Mentality" Looks Like When Out of Control, They Need Not Look Beyond the U.K. Brats Rioting In Streets, Demanding A "Right" To Free Tuition. Estimates are about 50,000 malicious student protesters were out today, angry at college tuition increases, up to threefold. While tripled tuition fees certainly could seem a devastating blow to UK students, it is important to note that such a move would mean that those students would go from paying roughly $5,000 a year (in American dollars) to $14,000 a year...but are means tested, so the poorest would pay far less. These British Fops and Dandies should get jobs. Video
64% Plan to Shop Online This Holiday Season. That number includes two percent who plan to do all their shopping online and 14% who say they'll do most of their shopping that way. Another 14% believe about half of their gifts will be bought online, while 34% say at least some will be. 35% say they will not go online for any of their holiday shopping. This time last year, 56% of Americans said they'd do at least some of their shopping online, but 42% didn't plan on it.

Like it or not, Barry, the Supreme Court is now involved, and if they decide to grant a writ of certiorari and direct a federal trial court in New Jersey to hear the merits of the case or choose to hear the merits itself, you better invest your millions in headache medications instead of trying to hide it. "This case is unprecedented," said Mario Apuzzo, the attorney bringing the suit. "I believe we presented an ironclad case. We've shown standing, and we've shown the importance of the issue for the Supreme Court. There's nothing standing in their way to grant us a writ of certiorari."
"Retrained for green jobs, but still waiting on work." Huckster Al Gore has made millions promoting green energy, but a federally funded green jobs training program has been a bust. "Officials who run Ocala's green jobs training program say" that "three-quarters of their first 100 graduates" have not been able to receive any job offers, despite sending out hundreds of job applications.
Liberal, over-the-hill Bruce Springsteen supports Obama and blames "financial institutions ... the military, the corporations." But the "Boss" doesn't explain why he left out "Born in the U.S.A." in his 2009 Super Bowl performance just after Obama became president.
Poll: Tea Party Movement Support Growing. Just about as many Americans want Tea Party-backed members of Congress to take the lead in setting policy during the next year as choose President Obama, a USA TODAY / Gallup Poll finds. In a survey taken Friday through Sunday, 28% say Obama should have the most influence on government policy next year while 27% say the Tea Party standard-bearers should.
Democrat Congressman Solomon Ortiz of Texas has conceded defeat to Republican challenger Blake Farenthold after a manual recount failed to make up the about 800 votes he trailed by. This brings GOP gains to 62, with four races, two each in New York and California undecided.

Obamanomics: Woman 'Exhausted' Defending Obama Loses Job. The woman who told President Barack Obama that she was "exhausted" from defending him and his economic policies and waiting for the change she expected after voting for him has another reason to be put out: She's lost her job. This is just another "sign" of Obama's failing presidency and the failing economic voodoo of liberals.
Incentive To Poverty: The Democrat/Socialist Party cant about "sticking up for the little guy" boils down to party leaders’ blunt declarations of intent to redistribute wealth and income, the road to impoverished equality. Obama and his fellow liberal-progressives orate about “investing” in green energy, green jobs, social service, and support for teachers’ unions to perpetuate socialistic indoctrination. None of this will stop our nation’s drift toward relative poverty and second class status in the world.
Dick Morris Says: Obama Using Executive Orders To Implement Radical Agenda. "Does President Obama plan to move to the center in response to his overwhelming rejection at the polls on November 2nd? No way! Instead, he is moving to implement, through executive action, two of the most controversial items in his 2010 agenda — a carbon tax and pollution permit system and a ban on the use of secret ballots in union elections."
Al Gore Publicly Admits He Is A Liar.
Global Warming "Concern Troll" Al Gore reportedly has a "change in heart on ethanol", telling a conference on green energy in Europe that he only supported tax breaks for the alternative fuel to pander to Tennessee and Iowa farmers.
The Media Research Center's Noel Sheppard noted that as vice president, Gore was the tie-breaking vote in 1994 when the Senate voted to authorize ethanol production. Sheppard said that those who question Gore's motives behind the climate change movement that landed the former vice president a Nobel prize and Oscar should also look to his comments on ethanol.
"So more than 10 years ago, Gore supported an expensive, 'not good policy' because he thought it would help him get elected president. Yet media don't believe he'd misrepresent the threat of man-made global warming in order to become extremely rich," Sheppard wrote this morning. & MRC's Original Story Here.
President Palin? Don't dare dismiss Sarah Palin's presidential prospects. Media star, tea party queen, best-selling author and the single most influential political figure on the recent midterm triumph for the Republicans. Every speech, every tweet, every Facebook posting, every political endorsement makes headlines. She is proving impossible to ignore.
Developers of the Ground Zero Mosque have applied for a $5 million federal grant. The insult continues, if approved the money would come from Lower Manhattan Redevelopment Corporation. That fund was established to rebuild the section of Manhattan destroyed in the 9/11 terrorists attacks.

The lamestream media love to quote University of Wisconsin political scientist Charles Franklin, and here are his latest words of wisdom: "I'm not endorsing the American voter. They're pretty damn stupid." Did he also say that after the 2008 election? Surely American voters didn't change their IQ in two years.
Obama Depicted as Deity Stirs India Outrage. Newsweek's depiction of Obama on its latest cover has irked some Indian-Americans who are unhappy with the image of the U.S. president as a Hindu deity — one who is considered destroyer of the world. Christians were outraged when Obama was depicted by the lamestream media as more popular than Jesus Christ, but were snidely dismissed back in 2008. Perhaps this latest association of Obama as Shiva is more apt...
How the Rhodes Scholar committee -- an award set up for scholar-athletes but increasingly given to liberal non-athletes like Bill Clinton -- screens candidates to choose the winners: it asks them how they would handle the budget deficit. "The toughest question I got was probably how I would manage the deficit, and if you were in elected office, how would you handle the situation with as far as the budget crisis," the star athlete McElroy said after losing the award. Hint: the answer liberals want is to "raise taxes."
Bobby Jindal: Time to Stop Apologizing for America. Criticizing both the Bush and Obama administrations for failing to execute adequate domestic security policies, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal went on a tear Sunday, criticizing Washington for playing defense, relying on luck and apologizing for protecting the nation from terrorists. "The reality is, this isn't about people who don't have enough jobs, who don't have enough social aid, this is about fighting an enemy that hates our way of life," Jindal said on NBC's "Meet the Press."
Economy Headed for 'Fiscal Meltdown,' Warns Senator. Senator Judd Gregg, long recognized as an expert on fiscal matters, says the economy is on an 'unsustainable track' and headed for an 'inevitable fiscal meltdown' — insisting the U.S. needs to cut spending.
Sarah Palin's determination and increased independence from the Fox News Channel interferes with Newt Gingrich's ability to pick up socially conservative support for president, and knocks Newt down to #2 in the presidential race ranking.
Texas Governor Rick Perry: "Social Security A Ponzi Scheme." Social Security by definition is a Ponzi scheme that even master swindler Charles Ponzi would feel badly about, Rick Perry said Sunday, arguing that the federal government should turn over block grants to states to run entitlement programs. "Leading atheists, agnostics, and skeptics shared why they lost their religion, or never found it up to begin with" at a convention this weekend in Springfield, Missouri. But at least one Christian attended as a way to strengthen his faith: "it makes me clarify that I am a Christian."
In North Carolina, the public schools soak up 40% of the state's budget. With budget cuts, it "could lose more than 5,300 teachers and all public school classes would be larger under a proposal for education cuts prepared for Gov. Bev Perdue's budget office."
Horrid Nancy Pelosi: "Boehner Cries Over Politics — I Don't." We imagine (soon to be ex) Madame Speaker would never understand the correlation between her low approval ratings and nasty, misleading comments like that. Thank God!
DREAM Act Accepts Criminals. As Obama and Harry Reid push legislation that would allow certain illegal immigrants to become legal U.S. residents, Republicans reveal the DREAM Act could allow those with criminal records to gain citizenship. Of course the Liberal, Lamestream media, isn't covering that so much...
The lamestream media are intensely publicizing the mere misdemeanor charge against the Rand Paul supporter who stopped the Moveon.org activist, but omit discussion of what the liberal was attempting to do.
Collectivism vs. America's Future: Franklin Roosevelt’s Democrat/Socialist Party did not end the Depression and restore prosperity, nor did New Deal Keynesian economics prevent or end any other economic recession. Federal intervention in education merely promotes that mythology.
Judge Halts Alaska Election Certification. Alaska federal judge rules that GOP Senate candidate Joe Miller's challenge to the counting of write-in ballots raises 'serious' legal issues but is a matter for state, not federal, court to decide. Yet in deferring to an Alaska state court for a final decision, U.S. District Judge Ralph Beistline said he would grant a temporary injunction to halt official certification of the Nov. 2 election -- an action Miller is seeking -- so long as Miller takes his case to the state court by Monday. Miller told The Associated Press late Friday that he intended to do so.
Unmarried women, since Roe v. Wade, have typically backed Democrat candidates – attracted by their pro-choice positions – by between 10-20% in each election. Pollster John McLaughlin – one of the best – noted that “The Republican candidates for Congress had a 12-point advantage among men (53-41) and a 7-point advantage among women (50-43).” This finding is historic.

Thermometers Plunging In Hell: An illuminating, thoughtful and basically fair portrait of Sarah Palin in the New York Times? Yes! Another liberal double standard: the lamestream media are just fine with Joe Biden's offensive remark to Afghanistan: "Daddy is Going to Start to Take the Training Wheels Off." To liberals, the moronic Biden is "loquacious" rather than gaffe-prone.
Glenn Beck: "Senator Jay Rockefeller let his true feelings about cable news be known during a Senate hearing when he fantasized about getting the FCC to shut down MSNBC and Fox News. "Ah, yes, Mr. Senator - it's much easier to saddle a country with crippling debt and enrich your own power at the expense of the people, isn't it?" Watch the video clip here.
A Vote Of Not Much Confidence in Nancy Pelosi. History will record that Nancy Pelosi won her bid to remain House Democratic leader by a comfortable margin. But nobody who heard Democrat lawmakers going in and out of the Cannon Caucus Room on Wednesday could call it a victory. "The truth is that Nancy Pelosi's season has passed," said Rep. Allen Boyd (Fla.), one of more than 60 Democrats who lost their seats on Election Day. "And she is the face of defeat."
New Jersey Supreme Court declares New Jersey's own constitution unconstitutional. By a vote of 4-2, they declared that the United States Constitution somehow provides that no State may recall a member of its United States Senate delegation. A United States Supreme Court filing will follow.

Bowing yet again to the Homosexual Agenda mob, the despicable Senate majority leader says he will call for a vote later this month on a bill that would allow Gays to serve openly in the military. Gay rights groups see the lame-duck session of Congress, before newly elected Republicans are sworn in, as their best chance at repealing the law.
Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin said Wednesday that she believes she could defeat President Obama in the 2012 presidential election and is considering whether to run. The stunning verdict is a huge blow to the Obama administration’s push for putting terrorists on trial in civilian courts. Republicans and key Democrats, especially those representing New York City, have argued against placing the trial of 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed there. Meanwhile other lawmakers in states like Michigan have rejected the notion of placing al-Qaida terrorists in federal prisons. The Obama administration has waffled on the matter, but a key promise of Barack Hussein Obama’s 2008 campaign was the closing of the terrorist detainee facility at Guantanamo Naval Station in Cuba.
