Manhunt
From Conservapedia
Manhunt is an extremely violent and controversial video game published by Rockstar Games. The plot of the game features fictional Death Row inmate James Earl Cash whose execution is faked without his foreknowledge. Afterward, Cash wakes up to find himself in a strange hospital-like room. A mysterious man, speaking to you first through a loudspeaker, then earpiece, callls himself the "director" and explains that Cash is now the star in an illegal film. The director then forces Cash to find and execute victims in gruesome ways, the more gruesome, the better. For this obvious violence, the game has been banned from many countries. The game has also been blamed for inciting murder. [1] The irony of the game is that, while the "director" is obviously the villain, the player himself (not the player character Cash) is comparable to the director in that both people are compelling the Cash to commit heinous acts for their own amusement.
