Marc Thiessen

Marc Alexander Thiessen is an American author and columnist who served as former speechwriter for President George W. Bush from 2004-2009, as well as Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld from 2001-2006. In 2010, he published the book, Courting Disaster: How the CIA Kept America Safe and How Barack Obama Is Inviting the Next Attack. He is known for his defense of John Brennan's enhanced interrogation methods.
