Marshall Plan
From Conservapedia
FBI Memo discussing an inquiry from John McCloy, President of the World Bank to appoint KGB Agent Harold Glasser to head up the Marshall Plan.[1]
The Marshall Plan was a program of economic aid by the United States to European countries after World War II. The chief objective of the Marshall Plan was to strengthen the economies of war-torn countries so that they would not be vulnerable to Communist Revolutions.
The plan was proposed in 1947 by General George C. Marshall, Secretary of State under Harry S Truman, and enacted on April 3, 1948.
With the Marshall Plan the years 1948 to 1952 saw the fastest period of growth in European history, returning many of the devastated Allied and Axis countries to stability.
