Occupational Safety and Health Act
The Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) is a federal law designed to develop occupational safety and health standards that are required for businesses to follow. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration works under the United States Department of Labor. The Obama Administration, through OSHA, has used the law to unethically spread out taxpayer money to left-wing groups under the guise of the 2010 Susan Harwood Grant Awardees.
