Peter Oliver (loyalist)

Peter Oliver was a British Loyalist who is credited with having named the Black Robed Regiment.[1][2] Due to the diligence of The Loyal Nine(the forerunner of the Sons of Liberty), his brother Andrew was forced to resign his post as stamp collector.[3]
