The Philadelphia Phillies are a Major League Baseball team in the National League Eastern Division. The Philadelphia Phillies are based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Previously known as the Quakers and the Blue Jays.

The Shibe Park / Connie Mack Stadium - was the home of the Phillies from 1938–1970.

The Phillies are the oldest continuous one-nickname, one-city franchise in all of American professional sports.
