QI is a British comedy panel show, hosted by Stephen Fry. The name QI stands for Quite Interesting and is a play on words of IQ. Guests are asked questions with comedic possibilities, but which generally have serious and educational answers. Many of the questions revolve around popular misconceptions, and panellists lose points for repeating these misconceptions in their answers, and gain points for raising interesting facts. Comedian Alan Davies is a permanent panellist, but the other three guests vary from show to show.
