Ramadan Abdullah Mohammad Shallah (born 1958, Gaza Strip) is one of the founders of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), an international terrorist organization. He is listed on the FBI's Most Wanted List for activities such as "bombing, murders, extortion, and money laundering" through his work with the PIJ. Shallah has received 53 indictments for the United States District Court.[1] He currently acts as Secretary-General and leader of the PIJ, which is located in Damascus, Syria.

Shallah attended the University of England where he received a PhD in Banking and Economics. Before his work with the PIJ he worked as a university professor in several countries. In 2007, the United States State Department placed a $5 million award for information leading to his arrest.[2]
