Richard M. Daley

Richard Michael Daley was the mayor of Chicago from 1989 until 2011. His father, Richard J. Daley was Chicago's mayor from 1955 to 1976.

He is a major gun control advocate. John Lott, in More Guns, Less Crime argued that "Daley’s gun laws did more harm than good."[1]
