Roger Goodell

Roger Goodell (born February 19, 1959 in Jamestown, New York) is the current National Football League (NFL) Commissioner. He was elected the NFL's eighth commissioner in the leagues history on August 9, 2006 by twenty-three of the NFL's thirty-two team franchise owners[1][2]. His involvement with the NFL began in 1982 when at the age of 23 he worked as a intern in the NFL's offices in New York City[3]. He is known as one the toughest commissioners in NFL history[4].
