SimCity 4 (ESRB rating: E) is a very popular city building/economy simulation game made by EA Games and Maxis and released sometime in 2003/2004. It is liked by many SimCity enthusiasts and is said to be one of the best SimCity games yet. It has very good graphics, is fairly easy to play and has many different options, including financial options. There are also terraforming tools which basically allow the changing of land before a city is established. There are a few disasters too, including volcano, tornado, fire, lightning and meteor. Although there is not as many disasters as in SimCity 2000, there is still enough things to destroy your city with.
