A stanza is a measure in poetry in which lines of verse, usually consisting of four or more lines, are grouped. These grouped lines form a division in the poem, and are usually constructed according to a set poetic meter, rhyme scheme, and any of the particular types of structure according to which the stanzas are framed[1]
