Should the title of this page be capitalized to International? WesleyS^Hello! 21:03, 6 August 2011 (EDT)

While we're on the topic, and I admit that I know know nothing about this subject, shouldn't it be "Fourth" rather than "4th"? Addiotionally, the article is only three sentences, one of which seem to be in opposition to the other two. What is the point being made here? RobertE 21:08, 6 August 2011 (EDT)

You have a point there, seems our original author couldn't decide on a designation on 4th or Fourth either. A quick search on Google gives many more hits on Fourth than 4th. I, too, know nothing of the subject. WesleyS^Hello! 21:13, 6 August 2011 (EDT)
