Well, Cornish is, sort of, and Cornwall is part of England... sort of... Pachyderm 08:52, 29 October 2007 (EDT)

Cornish isn't really a living language in everyday use though. There are groups who intend to revive it but no-one has spoken it as a first language for over 100 years. Also, I guess many of the Cornish language revivalists would strongly oppose the notion that Cornwall is part of England.
