Talk:Christianity and Science

"A notable fact in relation to Christianity and science is that the birth of modern science (see: Scientific Revolution) did occur in the geographic area of Christianized Europe." Uh, so what? Osama bin Laden was hired by the USA; does that make the US terrorists? (Don't say yes.) Mwaetht 14:03, 23 March 2008 (EDT)

I don't understand Mwaetht. But what I do understand is that quote is definately not NPOV. Christianity was well behind is science for a long time. In fact arab scientists were the far better than Christians for hundreds of years. Rellik 21:23, 24 April 2008 (EDT)

Removal of Quotes

The first was removed because it effectively summarised what was added in the paragraph before, and contains a picture which merely serves to make reading harder. The second expresses a similar view. Neither add anything to the article that cannot be summarised, and our articles are to be concise and to the point, rather than overly verbose. TheGySom 21:59, 25 March 2008 (EDT)
