Talk:Comprehension gap
From Conservapedia
Is the abortion example really necessary? It's somewhat convoluted and comes off more as another venue to speak against abortion than as a clear example of a comprehension gap. HelpJazz 14:07, 18 September 2008 (EDT)
If it doesn't fit well, replace with a better example. Personally, I thought the use in the sentence was weaker. You removed the disclaimer and the category, fine.--

- I think part of the problem comes from the fact that this term only seems to come up on blogs or other semi-news websites.
- I reread the article a few more times, though, and I think you are right that the use in the sentence is weaker than the example, especially since the sentence comes from a comment on a post and not a real source. However, a noncontroversial and less preachy example is always better. I'll root around some more on the Net and see if I can come up with soemthing better. HelpJazz 16:02, 18 September 2008 (EDT)
